It is with pleasure that I report that Pippa has been adopted.  We wish her and her new family all the best for the future.

***UPDATE 02/02/12***

Pippa is currently “on trial” with a potential adopter… we hope it works out for her!  Please check her profile here: PetRescue for up to date info, and we will continue to monitor her status and let you know if Pippa goes back to needing someone to adopt her.

This post originates from Pet Rescue.  Pippa is a gorgeous little girl.. I hope this helps to spread the word for her.  Please consider taking Pippa in.

Personality plus! Pippa is the teeniest tiny staffy girl you have ever seen.. shes barely bigger than a basketball and you cant help but laugh at her when you look at her stature.. its just too cute! She will even have her own toothy smile ready for you each morning when you wake as shes always happy to see you.

Our little miss is house trained and well mannered and loves people and kids. She does sit (after some encouragement) and is great in the car and on lead and comes when called off lead.

Itty bitty stubby dog is full of character and will always keep you smiling (or laughing) with her antics … her bark and talk is waaaay too cute!.. some times she get so over excited when running off lead her little legs cant keep up and she trips over… shes tough though and picks herself up to get straight back into it.

She loves ripping up tennis balls and has her short daily zoomies time around the backyard with the other dogs or body slamming them (their chest her full body) or biting (not hard) their legs.. shes that small she can walk underneath them and stir them up to play.

Pippa is good with other dogs but at play time is still learning how to interact nicely and not get over excited though she is coming along in leaps and bounds. Currently living with two middle aged staffies this seems to suit Pippa quite well.

Pippa is not suitable for a home with cats though.. as she likes to chase them a little too much.

Being small she would be a great lap dog for an older lady or man or couple who is looking for a companion to keep them company at home around the garden and to take on casual walks esp if they love their staffies but cant walk a stronger bigger staffy.

Younger families also welcome as all the basic essential training is done for you and she would slot in with young children with ease.

Pippa is quite happy laying at your feet stretched out on the tiles in the cool and when its cold well you will find little pippa wrapping her self up under the blankies to stay warm. Even though shes older Pippa is still a very agile lady and gets excited about her walks… we know shes def 8 years old although she is a little greyer than most.. but thats because we also know shes not had the easiest life previously, as she still cowers sometimes and is camera shy.

This little lass weighs in at about a mere 12kgs (make that 11.5, we weighed her).

If you would like to meet Pippa please call us today… our little miss will win you over.
